Job summary

AutoNexus Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Parts Coordinator to efficiently coordinate parts movement and support operations across workshops and production. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, inventory control, and timely parts availability in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts requirements with Workshop, Production and Administration teams.
• Manage inventory, stock control and stocktakes.
• Order, receive, store and allocate parts to vehicle builds and service orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control within SAP.
• Load and unload deliveries using a forklift.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support timely parts availability to meet customer and production requirements.
• Assist with general stores and warehouse activities as required.

Job Details: Permanent Fulltime (Onsite) | Mon – Fri | 6:00am – 2:20pm

What You’ll Do
