Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts interpretation is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and basic sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts for customers accurately.
• Process customer orders efficiently.
• Dispatch products and parts promptly.
• Promote specials and manage stock buys.
• Handle customer credits and returns.
• Be first point of contact in person or on the phone.
• Support a culture of safety and safe working practices.
• Assist with receiving, dispatching and stocking.
