The Auto Parts Interpreter role delivers accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, using your parts knowledge to advise, solve problems and process orders.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, help with product information and ensure safe, timely dispatch of parts while upholding our high service standards in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and service mindset.
• Ability to explain technical parts information clearly to customers.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts accurately for customers across trade, industrial and mining sectors.
• Process customer orders and efficiently dispatch products and parts.
• Promote specials and arrange buy-ins as needed.
• Handle customer credits and act as primary contact in person or on the phone.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and report hazards.
