Angle Auto Finance is seeking a proactive Dealer Development Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships across Queensland. You will build trusted relationships with dealers, conduct strategy reviews, and deliver product knowledge sessions to maximise conversions and profitability.

• Experience in dealer or business development management
• Able to meet targets and deliver commercial results
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical thinker able to interpret data for strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealerships, achieving volume, penetration, and business targets
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Conduct regular dealership visits, performance reviews, and strategy planning
• Deliver training, product knowledge sessions and support dealer staff
• Identify new business opportunities and support dealers in maximising customer conversions
• Analyse portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights to drive outcomes
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including credit, settlements, operations and marketing
• Ensure compliance, governance and quality standards are upheld
