Job summary

Autosports Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager for our Castle Hill Volkswagen & XPeng dealership. You will own finance volume, F&I income, and department profitability, delivering value in a high-volume, high-opportunity sales environment.

In this role you will support customer finance enquiries, submit applications, liaise with financiers, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving exceptional customer experiences and sustained sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support customer finance and insurance enquiries by phone, email and walk-in.
• Prepare and submit new finance and insurance applications.
• Work with financiers to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and accreditation.
• Assist with settlement of new car purchases.
• Maintain compliance with OEM Finance and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to changing market conditions and meet financial goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
• Maintain contact with prospective customers to build relationships and sales opportunities.
