Job summary

Acs-Australia Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Territory Tech Sales Rep to be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide product advice, process orders, build relationships, and support trade and retail customers in a busy automotive coatings environment.

Permanent full-time role with Monday–Friday hours, overtime opportunities, and a strong team culture within a long-standing South Australian business.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for:
– Providing outstanding customer service to trade and retail customers
– Processing sales, quotes, and customer orders
– Providing product advice and support
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
– Answering phone enquiries in a professional manner
– Picking and preparing customer orders
– Assisting with general stock and warehouse duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
– Previous experience in trade counter sales, internal sales, retail sales, or customer service (building industry experience highly regarded)
– Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
– A confident and professional phone manner
– A strong customer‑first approach
– The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise tasks
– Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
– A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

– A good level of physical fitness to assist with order picking and stock handling
