Noosa Auto Group, located in Noosa Shire, seeks a Dealership Administration Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role covers customer contact, vehicle sales support, deal processing, stock control and banking across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.

You will welcome customers, manage service bookings, process paperwork and assist management across sales, service and administration. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive administration or dealership reception is preferred.
• Strong administration or customer service background is desirable.
• Energy, initiative and exceptional attention to detail in daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors with a warm, professional experience.
• Coordinate service bookings, cancellations and rescheduling across multiple brands.
• Support vehicle sales administration, including deal packs, invoicing and documentation.
• Assist with vehicle stock administration and daily banking tasks.
• Complete EFTPOS and bank reconciliations, and handle cash deposits.
• Prepare and file completed deal and banking documentation and assist with related POs/ROs.
