Job summary

Great Southern Bank is seeking a Workflow & Intelligent Automation Developer to design, build and support automation solutions that underpin our digital customer experiences and back‑of‑house processes.

You will work across UiPath RPA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to deliver end‑to‑end automation, APIs and data integrations, while adopting solid software engineering practices and agile methods.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in software development and/or scripting.
Experience with workflow automation, system integration or RPA platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases and data flows.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Build scalable, maintainable, high-performing solutions following sound software engineering principles.
Develop reusable components and libraries to speed up delivery.
Integrate systems via APIs and data integration patterns.
Lead scoping, estimation, development, testing, deployment and support.
Troubleshoot defects and performance issues across automation solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and tech teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Contribute to design discussions, CI/CD pipelines and agile ways of working.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
