Job summary

Rmkble, through its ProcessPath specialist team, is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to shape practical AI-enabled delivery for clients in Australia. The role blends engineering, consulting, and solution design across intelligent automation and workflow improvements, working with Power Platform and enterprise platforms to deliver value.

You will help clients move from idea to outcome, building MVPs, integrating systems, and guiding adoption at scale within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled, automation-focused, or workflow-driven business solutions.
• Strong background in solution engineering, intelligent automation, and process improvement.
• Clear ability to consult with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AI-enabled digital solutions, workflow and intelligent automation.
• Shaping ideas into practical solution concepts and delivery pathways.
• Building, testing, and deploying AI-enabled solutions, including agentic, conversational, or knowledge-driven experiences where relevant.
• Integrating solutions with existing business systems, data sources, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Translating business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Supporting client journeys from concept to scaled deployment.
• Applying governance, security, testing, and lifecycle management practices.
• Leading and supporting delivery teams, and fostering stakeholder collaboration across client and internal teams.
• Contributing to reusable delivery patterns and knowledge assets.
