HammondCare is recruiting an Automation Developer to be the technical specialist for automation, AI and workflow solutions. You will design, develop and support automation capabilities that simplify business processes and increase workforce capacity across our organisation.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure services.

Competenze

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
• At least 5 years delivering integrations using APIs and Azure services.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation and enterprise solution design.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and deploy automation, workflow and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Lead the technical design and implementation using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, applications and data platforms using APIs and modern patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Implement intelligent automation capabilities including AI-powered workflows and document processing.
• Lead testing, deployment, release management and operational readiness for automation and AI solutions.
• Monitor, optimise production solutions for reliability, performance, adoption and business value.
