Job summary

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking an ICT Support and Test Engineer for delivery of high-quality technical support across automation, robotics, and digital platforms. You will install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and IoT systems in client environments.

Responsibilities include providing Level 1–3 support, diagnosing issues, developing test strategies, performing system commissioning, and ensuring adherence to security and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher with 2+ years of relevant experience; at least five years may substitute for the formal qualification.
• Experience providing Level 1–3 technical support for automation, robotics, and IoT systems.
• Ability to install, configure, test, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–3 technical support for Automaate devices, automation platforms, software applications, and IoT systems.
• Analyse, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in customer environments.
• Develop test strategies, conduct quality audits, monitor system performance and respond to service requests, incidents, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Test, identify and diagnose system or programming errors to ensure systems perform to specification.
