Jobtailor is seeking a field service technician to service, maintain and repair industrial doors, roller shutters and dock solutions across Sydney. You will diagnose faults, complete repairs efficiently, communicate directly with customers on-site, manage your workload once trained, and participate in an on-call roster, traveling to industrial and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with industrial doors or similar mechanical systems
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Forklift, Scissor Lift licences preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your time while maintaining safety

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair industrial doors, roller shutters, and dock solutions
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Communicate directly with customers on-site
• Travel on the road to service industrial and commercial customers
