Job summary

Next Level Personnel – North Coast Statistical Division NSW is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests at the dealership, book and manage their service appointments, and communicate vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications in a manner easily understood. You will also obtain parts and labour prices and keep guests updated on servicing progress.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management, the ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Outstanding guest service and presentation skills.
• Focus on process, quality, results and CSI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license including manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to the dealership's service department.
• Book and manage guest appointments.
• Explain vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications in clear terms.
• Obtain accurate parts and labour prices for guests.
• Keep guests updated on servicing progress.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare invoices and close repair orders promptly.
• Provide guests with a recommended maintenance schedule for future service.
