Qualifications

• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods.
• Perform panel beating, dent removal, welding, and realignment of vehicle bodies.
• Replace or repair damaged parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with spray painters, mechanics, and estimators as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following WHS guidelines.
• Use repair manuals, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer documentation effectively.
• Complete job cards, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding repair progress and any issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
