Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to join a growing national business supplying industry leading collision repair equipment and technology. You will gain valuable skills in equipment installation, diagnostics and technical support while working across NSW and occasionally interstate.

Role involves installation, servicing, maintenance and customer training, with full technical training provided.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, Mechanic, or similar automotive trade (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Current driver licence.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, deliver and install equipment at sites.
• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Learn to service automotive workshop equipment.
• Support customer training and product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Assist senior technicians when required.
• Maintain service vehicle.
• Occasional interstate travel when required.
