Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years in business development, outbound sales, or tender-related sales support in Australia.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal, with professional negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking databases.
• Familiarity with tender platforms such as EstimateOne or government portals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor construction project portals daily to identify tender opportunities for materials supply.
• Proactively contact project managers and procurement leads to introduce capabilities and quote opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals by gathering specs, volumes, and delivery schedules for commercials.
• Re-engage inactive accounts and nurture contractor relationships to capture repeat business.
• Maintain detailed pipeline records and reporting for leadership review.
• Qualify leads and secure pricing guidance; transition high-value opportunities to leadership.
