Job summary

Uplift Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced channel sales leader to recruit and activate new resellers, MSPs and system integrators across Australia. You will build a high-performing MSP channel, enable partners to transact on a multi-tenant subscription platform, and grow SMB revenue while managing key distributor relationships.

You will collaborate with pre-sales engineering to shape credible, competitive solutions and own the territory with a strong forecast and pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Australian channel sales, vendor or distributor side.
• Deep knowledge of the SMB and MSP market in Australia.
• Established network across Australian resellers and MSPs.
• Proven ability to recruit partners and turn them into revenue-generating accounts.
• Experience managing a distributor relationship.
• Comfortable pursuing enterprise opportunities with partners.
• Experience in endpoints security familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and activate new resellers, MSPs and system integrators.
• Build a high-performing MSP channel and drive partner transactions on a multi-tenant platform.
• Grow SMB revenue and increase active revenue-generating partners.
• Own a key distributor relationship across planning, enablement and pipeline.
• Create partner business plans and run quarterly business reviews.
• Drive customer opportunities through partners from SMB to enterprise.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineering to shape credible solutions.
• Maintain a clean forecast, manage the pipeline and hit monthly/annual targets.
