Lever, Inc. in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a hands-on Technical Operations & Client Success Manager. You will oversee installations, activations, maintenance, and live event operations across Australia, managing technicians and coordinating specialist support.

Regular travel to sites and events will be required, with close collaboration with international colleagues to uphold service standards. You will own local delivery, build reliable processes, and ensure outstanding client experience while

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical, field, or operational teams in live environments.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate during issues.
• Ability to oversee equipment setup and first-line troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery and client support across Australian sites.
• Plan, coordinate, installations, activations, maintenance, and live event ops.
• Manage Australian technicians, contractors, and event support as ops expand.
• Source and coordinate additional technicians and specialist support as needed.
• Build relationships with clients, venues, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Attend sites and events to ensure readiness and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee technical setup and first-line troubleshooting; escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of equipment, sites, incidents, costs and actions.
• Establish scalable local processes and workflows for Australia.
• Collaborate with international teams across time zones to maintain standards.
