Responsibilities

Plan and act to boost profitability and productivity across operations, billing, and customer services.
Drive customer success using a data-driven, metrics-based approach (NPS).
Direct a management-level team to align goals and performance.
Develop the operations team and implement workflow optimisations for fast order processing and accurate inventory control.
Leverage technology to improve reporting, tracking, and ROI.
Maintain frequent contact with the executive team and department heads to align priorities with company direction.
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics to maintain proper stock levels.
Coach and empower team members continuously.
Prioritise projects by ROI and impact, and manage the department budget.
