Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Australia seeks a Country Manager Australia for General Vacuum in Sydney. This hybrid, full-time role leads a team of ~20 people across three divisions (VIN, SVD, VTS) and owns the Australian P&L for the General Vacuum portfolio including Atlas Copco, Edwards, and Leybold.

You will drive growth, align strategy with the CC leadership team, manage investments for long-term profitability, and build a unified Australian organisation focused on sustainable expansion and customer

Qualifications

• Proven P&L experience in industrial B2B environments.
• Experience scaling a business and leading teams through growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with Australian market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own Australian profit and loss and lead a ~20-person team across sales, service and operations.
• Develop and execute business strategy with the leadership team.
• Prioritise investments for long-term growth and profitability.
• Drive market share growth and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Ensure governance, safety, and compliance with group policies.
