Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Australia seeks a Country Manager General Vacuum Australia to lead three divisions (VIN, SVD, VTS) and three brands. You will own the Australian P&L, drive growth across markets, and build a unified, high-performing team while delivering sustainable profitability.

You will partner with the CC leadership team, allocate investments for long-term growth, and maintain strong customer focus. Travel across Australia is required.

Qualifications

• Proven P&L experience in an industrial B2B environment.
• Experience scaling a business through growth periods.
• Ability to prioritise investments in people, coverage, and capability.
• Familiarity with Atlas Copco group practices is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel Australia/SE Asia

Responsibilities

• Own Australian P&L and lead a ~20-person team across sales, service and operations.
• Develop and execute the business strategy with the leadership team.
• Allocate resources to opportunities with highest long-term growth.
• Drive market share growth and strengthen the vacuum solutions position.
• Translate growth ambition into a prioritised market plan with milestones.
• Lead and develop a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Represent Australia in divisional strategy discussions and governance
