Jobgether is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager based in Australia to own end-to-end relationships with strategic European partners. The role focuses on turning partnerships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and growth while managing joint GTM initiatives and co-selling.

You will work with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to unlock opportunities, negotiate terms, and expand partnerships across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or senior commercial roles within payments, fintech, financial services, or a closely related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable targets (pipeline, deals, revenue).
• Experience selling to payment providers, banks, or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial relationships with a portfolio of strategic European partners.
• Build and maintain joint account plans with targets and engagement cadences.
• Monitor partnership performance via live transaction volume, pipeline, and revenue share.
