Sleek Hong Kong Limited in Australia is seeking a high-growth Business Development Executive to drive outbound market expansion. You will own core acquisition outcomes over the next 6–12 months and report to the AU Country Manager/Co-founder, aggressively targeting SMB partnerships across Fintech, SaaS, and tech sectors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years hunter experience, a strong network in Australia’s SME ecosystem, and a proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and collaborate with sales teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years hunter-profile experience in SMB business development or outbound partnerships.
• Proven track record of quota carrying and closing deals.
• Active network across Australia’s SME, Fintech, and eCommerce communities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners.
• Source and sign strategic partners delivering new customers.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements with sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to activate new alliances quickly.
