Job summary
Specsavers Audiology is hiring at Mt Ommaney, QLD for a Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager. You will be the first contact for audiology customers, handle enquiries, guide pre-screening tests, troubleshoot devices, and support day-to-day clinic operations.
The role includes leading training for the retail team and progressing to Clinic Manager through our training program. The position offers a set Monday–Friday roster with no weekend work, full Audiology training, and opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced retail/customer service environments.
- Interest or experience in audiology is desirable but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with audiology customers.
- Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance with full training provided.
- Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system and coordinate with store partners.
- Lead training with the retail team as an audiology champion of the store.
