Specsavers Audiology in Thebarton, SA is seeking an Audiology Assistant / Clinic Manager. This 25-hour part-time role spans Monday to Friday, with a pathway to become Retail Clinic Manager through our training program. You’ll support customers, conduct screenings, and help run the clinic while training the retail team.

Full Audiology training is provided, plus benefits like glasses discounts and wellbeing support. It’s a hands-on, customer-focused role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest or experience in audiology or allied health is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy.
• High computer literacy with Bluetooth troubleshooting ability.
• Willingness to complete full Audiology training.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided).
• Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system.
• Liaise with store partners and ensure smooth flow of daily clinic operations.
• Lead training with the retail team as an audiology champion of the store.
