Job summary

Specsavers Audiology in NSW is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant progressing toward a Clinic Manager pathway. You will support audiology services across Richmond and Windsor stores, handling enquiries, guiding pre-screening tests, and assisting with day-to-day clinic operations.

The role offers flexible 9 hours per week across 3 days with no weekend work and full training provided. Opportunities to grow into a senior role exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast-paced retail/customer service.
• Audiology experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy toward others.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided).
• Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing system.
• Liaise with store partners to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Lead training with retail team as audiology champion.
