Job summary

Specsavers Audiology is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager candidate for Cleveland and Victoria Point, QLD. The role involves greeting customers, guiding pre-screening tests, and supporting clinic operations. Training provides a path to a senior clinic manager.

Based across Cleveland and Victoria Point stores, it excludes weekends with four-day weeks and shifts 9:00am–1:00pm or 10:00am–2:00pm, while offering growth opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Passion to help others and improve hearing health.
• Experience in fast-paced retail/customer service.
• Audiology or allied health exposure is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy; Bluetooth troubleshooting ability.
• Willingness to learn and undergo audiology training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (training provided).
• Schedule appointments using the Simply Hearing system.
• Liaise with store partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead retail team training as an audiology champion.
