Job summary

Specsavers Mt Ommaney Audiology is seeking a Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and manage daily clinic operations. You’ll handle enquiries, guide pre-screening tests, and troubleshoot hearing aid issues, with full training provided.

The role offers a clear progression path from Retail Assistant to Retail Clinic Manager through our training program, with a Monday to Friday roster and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail/customer service environments.
• Audiology or allied health background desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Guide customers through pre-screening tests.
• Troubleshoot hearing aid issues.
• Support the Audiology Business Owner with daily operations.
• Lead training for retail team on audiology services.
• Coordinate appointments and manage clinic bookings.
• Maintain high standards for screenings and bookings.
