Job summary

eHealth NSW is seeking an Associate Platform Designer to craft UX/UI artefacts for ServiceNow initiatives and to shape employee journeys across NSW Health. You will collaborate with product owners, designers and developers, leading user research and usability testing to deliver intuitive platform experiences.

The role focuses on establishing design standards, applying human‑centred methodologies, and driving consistency across large systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering UX/UI artefacts like wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and developers across discovery and delivery.
• Shape employee journeys, workflows and forms to improve user experience.
• Lead user research and usability testing to convert insights into design improvements.
• Establish and apply design standards, style guides and best practices.
• Apply human‑centred design methodologies through the full design lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning in UX/UI design and enterprise platforms.
