Job summary

eHealth NSW is seeking a Senior Test Analyst (Health Manager Level 3) to shape testing across the ServiceNow platform for NSW Health. The role supports multiple projects and BAU enhancements with a focus on planning, executing and coordinating testing activities.

This permanent full-time role offers hybrid flexibility with locations in Chatswood, St Leonards or Charlestown, a competitive salary from AU$137,525 to AU$156,231 plus 12% super and 17.5% annual leave loading, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing, executing and leading testing activities across multiple products within the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in testing integrations between large, complex systems.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform.
• Analyse business requirements and liaise with Product Owners/Project Managers/Scrum Masters/Test Leads to design and develop manual or automated test cases.
• Coordinate and support UAT testing with nominated participants.
• Present at showcases and forums to share expertise and provide updates.

As a Senior Test Analyst within our ServiceNow team, you will play a key role in planning, preparing, coordinating and executing testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform that supports employees across NSW Health. Working across projects and BAU enhancements, you will analyse business requirements to design and develop manual and automated testing to ensure the stability of the platform.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform.
• Analyse business requirements and liaise with Product Owners/Project Managers/Scrum Masters/Test Leads on upcoming work to design and develop manual or automated test cases within the ServiceNow Platform.
• Coordinate and support UAT testing with nominated UAT participants.
• Present at showcases and forums to share expertise and provide updates.
