Job summary

eHealth NSW seeks a Senior Platform Designer to lead user-centred design across NSW Health's ServiceNow platform. You will drive discovery, research, prototyping and high-fidelity design, collaborating with Product Owners and developers to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior designers, translate insights into practical designs, and promote design excellence across strategic programs. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading human-centred design in complex enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate user research and insights into practical design solutions.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and grow junior designers to build design capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centred design initiatives across ServiceNow programs and projects.
• Drive end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery through high-fidelity design.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to turn insights into design solutions.
• Produce accessible, scalable design artefacts that ensure consistency across the platform.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
