Job summary

eHealth NSW is seeking a Senior Test Analyst (Health Manager Level 3) to lead testing across the ServiceNow Platform supporting NSW Health. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing manual and automated testing, ensuring platform stability, and driving quality across multiple projects and integrations.

You will work in a hybrid arrangement with toplevel collaboration among stakeholders, product owners, and test teams, contributing to showcases and forums, and advancing testing

• Analyse business requirements and liaise with stakeholders to design test cases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform.
• Analyse business requirements and liaise with Product Owners/Project Managers on upcoming work to design test cases (manual or automated).
• Coordinate and support UAT testing with nominated participants.
• Present at showcases and forums to share expertise and provide updates.
• Demonstrated experience in leading testing across multiple products within ServiceNow and across integrations.

As a Senior Test Analyst within our ServiceNow team, you will play a key role in planning, preparing, coordinating and executing testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform that supports employees across NSW Health. Working across projects and BAU enhancements, you will analyse business requirements to design and develop manual and automated testing to ensure the stability of the platform.

• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform.
• Analyse business requirements and liaise with Product Owners/Project Managers/Scrum Masters/Test Leads on upcoming work to design and develop manual or automated test cases within the ServiceNow Platform.
• Coordinate and support UAT testing with nominated UAT participants.
• Present at showcases and forums to share expertise and provide updates.
• has demonstrated experience in preparing, executing and leading the testing activities across multiple products within ServiceNow Platform.
• has demonstrated experience in preparing, executing and leading the testing activities for various integrations between large complex systems.
• has demonstrated experience working in agile development environment.
