Job summary

Aspirante is seeking a Systems Engineer to take broad ownership of operational IT, BAU support, and project work in a Melbourne-based team.

You will be strong in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, VOIP, Hyper-V and security, with solid networking and firewall fundamentals. The role includes cloud migrations, UniFi deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives in a mid-sized national business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering/IT experience in a mid-sized business environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and network security.
• Solid fundamentals in networking and firewall administration.

Responsibilities

• Own operational IT, BAU support, and ongoing projects.
• Lead cloud migrations (Azure) and network deployments (UniFi) with automation.
• Collaborate with the technology manager on strategy, architecture and design.
