Job summary

FS Recruitment Solutions is helping an established financial planning firm in Sydney find an experienced CSO or Paraplanner to advance into an Associate Adviser role. You will work with senior advisers, support the advice process, and help deliver high‑quality client service.

Qualifications

• Experience within a financial planning practice is required.
• Strong understanding of advice implementation and client service.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisers throughout the advice process.
• Manage implementation of advice recommendations.
• Prepare review documentation and client meeting materials.
• Attend client meetings and assist with follow‑up actions.
• Liaise with platforms, providers and insurers.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist with strategy preparation and client service delivery.
