Qualifications

• Experience in an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner or Client Services role within financial planning.
• Sound technical knowledge across core financial planning strategies.
• Experience with financial planning software and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering a high level of service and support.
• Preparing and reviewing advice documentation across superannuation, investments, retirement planning and personal insurance.
• Supporting Advisers with strategy development, research and client meeting preparation.
• Attending client meetings and assisting with the delivery and implementation of advice recommendations.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless, compliant and efficient advice process.

• Progress towards, or readiness to commence, the Professional Year.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client care.
