Job summary

Bentley Recruitment is partnering with a growing financial planning firm with offices across Queensland and New South Wales to recruit an experienced CSO/CSM who will support advisers, manage client relationships and assist with advice implementation. With 3+ years in financial planning or paraplanning, you will liaise with clients, assist with SOAs/ROAs and basic paraplanning, and help manage workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in financial planning, CSO or paraplanning.
• Exposure to risk, SMSFs, trusts, businesses and complex structures.
• Strong understanding of SOA and ROA processes.
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service and advice implementation
• Assist with SOAs, ROAs and advice documentation
• Liaise with clients and third-party providers
• Support advisers with client meetings and ongoing requirements
• Assist with basic paraplanning and workflow management
