Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience required.
• Qualification in Financial Planning or related field.
• Experience with investments, superannuation and retirement planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI platforms.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, complete fact find and file notes using AI.
• Research and assist in development of technical and strategic advice.
• Develop Statements of Advice and Records of Advice.
• Be a point of contact for clients, delivering solutions for client inquiries.
• Facilitate and participate in the advice review process.
• Maintain accurate client information to meet compliance and reporting requirements.
• Be part of a cohesive team, delivering positive client outcomes.
