Job summary

Bentley is seeking an Associate Adviser in Brisbane to work closely with Advisers, assisting with strategies and client meetings while developing toward becoming a Financial Adviser.

You will handle implementation tasks, paraplanning, and the preparation of SOAs/ROAs, building strong client relationships in a growing, independent practice.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified, working toward a Financial Adviser role.
• 2+ years experience as a CSM, Paraplanner, or Associate Adviser in financial planning.
• Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Xplan experience valued but not essential.

Responsibilities
