Job summary

Bentley Recruitment is seeking an CSO-ready or Associate Adviser to support a Lead Financial Adviser on delivering high-quality financial advice to clients on the Gold Coast. You will manage client workflows, help develop strategies and implement advice in a fast-paced, technical environment.

In this role you will draft strategy, modelling and product comparisons, attend client meetings and ensure accurate records. A pathway to Adviser roles is offered with mentoring and CPD support.

Qualifications

• Paraplanning or associate adviser experience in financial planning.
• FASEA-approved qualification or working towards it.
• Knowledge of super, investments, retirement and insurance.
• Experience using Xplan and financial planning systems.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

About the role:

Our client is seeking a CSO ready to take the next step in their career, or an Associate Adviser looking to support a Lead Financial Adviser in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients. You will manage client workflows, assist with strategy development and help implement advice in a technical, fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support Lead Adviser with client relationship management

• Manage workflows and maintain compliant client records

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in the financial planning industry in a paraplanning or associate adviser role
• Completed or working towards a FASEA-approved qualification
• Knowledge of super, investments, retirement and insurance advice
• Experience using Xplan and financial planning systems
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
