Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an Associate Change Analyst for a 12-month initial contract, with an extension option, to support large-scale digital and technology transformation initiatives for an Australian Government agency. Hybrid working across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver organisational change activities across ICT and digital programs, working with Change Managers, Project Managers and stakeholders to assess impacts and support adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change within ICT, digital transformation, technology implementation or business transformation projects.
• Experience undertaking change impact assessments, readiness assessments or stakeholder analysis activities.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing or supporting communications, training or business readiness activities.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability focusing on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments across business and operational areas.
• Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain strong relationships across project teams and business areas.
• Participate in change readiness assessments and adoption planning activities.
• Support the development and delivery of communications, training and awareness materials.
• Assist with training needs analysis and learning materials.
• Monitor readiness and identify risks or resistance to change.
• Support tracking, measurement and reporting of change outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with delivery teams in Agile and hybrid environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
