Job summary

Very Lucky Ventures is partnering with founder-led financial advice firms across Australia to scale through tech and processes. We are seeking a Paraplanning/Client Services professional to support a Senior/Lead Adviser across the full client journey.

You'll gain real exposure to complex advice, not just admin, with a clear runway toward full authorisation. Based in Sydney and Melbourne, you’ll join fast-moving teams investing in modern tech.

Qualifications

• FASEA-compliant degree, completed or close to it.
• Professional Year underway or completed.
• 1+ years in a financial planning support role.
• Genuine curiosity about advice beyond letters.

The role

• Supporting a Senior/Lead Adviser across the full client journey - prep, research, strategy, implementation

• Sydney and Melbourne-based, with firms that actually invest in tech (not spreadsheets held together with hope)

What you'll bring

• FASEA-compliant degree, completed or close to it

• 1+ years in a financial planning support role - Associate, Client Services, or Paraplanning
• Genuine curiosity about advice, not just chasing the letters after your name
