Qualifications

• FASEA-compliant degree, completed or close to it.
• Professional Year underway or completed.
• 1+ years in a financial planning support role.
• Genuine curiosity about advice beyond letters.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a Senior/Lead Adviser across the full client journey - prep, research, strategy, implementation.
• Real exposure to complex advice, not just admin and diary management.
• A clear runway toward full authorisation.
