Job description

We’re Sufficient Funds. We’re multi-award winning, including being proud recipients of Australia’s Best Financial Advice Employer (IFA) and Employer of the Year (Women in Finance). We’re not your average firm. We’re proudly values-first, jargon-free, and genuinely obsessed with delivering life-changing outcomes for under 50’s.

Think life-first financial advice. 100% virtual, long before it was cool. Deep impact without the corporate fluff.

We’ve had nearly 7 years of continued, strong growth and are now setting our sights even higher. We’ve built an incubator of personal and professional growth for culturally-aligned high performers and are now looking for a driven Junior Financial Adviser who is ready to become a face of SF and lead the next generation toward financial success.

The future of advice starts here

About the Role
  • 💥 Full-time, remote and flexible - no clock-watching, just results
  • 💥 Lead "Defining Sufficient" sessions - diving deep into what matters before creating a Money Action Plan (MAP)
  • 💥 High impact - post your industry-leading business specific training - engage, onboard and deliver for 6-8+ new clients per month using our proven, meticulous process
  • 💥 Collaborative environment - work alongside a powerhouse team of CSO’s, associates, paraplanners, great leadership, and the amazing mortgage brokers at SF Home Loans.
  • 💥 Continuous growth - benefit from our industry-leading, business specific training program, designed to sharpen your craft
  • 💥 Competitive remuneration - a package that reflects your value and the impact you will have
Why Sufficient Funds?

We’ve cracked the code on advice that actually matters to young Australians. We focus on life first, money second. Our clients aren't just numbers; they’re people with big dreams, and we provide the "secret sauce" to help them get there.

You’ll join a team of emotionally intelligent humans who practice what they preach. We are cruisy, t-shirt-wearing, and sunscreen-scented, but we are also a formidable force when it comes to quality and compliance. We grow together, lead with kindness, and are building the future of the profession from wherever we call home.

What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Experience: up to 3 years post Professional Year as a Financial Adviser. We are also keen to chat if you are currently completing or have recently finished your PY.
  • Education: Approved financial planning degree and FASEA ready.
  • Emotional Intelligence: You are energized by client conversations and can lead people through "Beyond Sufficient" moments.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter with a proven track record of productive WFH life.
  • Mindset: A "Learn. Grow. Repeat." attitude. You want to share your knowledge and help the team rise with you.
  • Clean Record: Strong compliance history and attention to detail.
