Job summary

NAB in Melbourne CBD is seeking an Associate, Medfin to join Hannah Priest and her team. You will support Relationship Managers with lending and servicing, guide applications to settlement, and provide timely information on NAB products and services.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers by providing high-quality lending and servicing support to deepen customer relationships and portfolios.
• Prepare lending applications and submissions that meet credit policy requirements and quality standards.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end lending journey, guiding applications through to settlement with speed, accuracy and care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and providing timely information on products, services and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and connect clients with value-added solutions.
• Verify that all approval conditions and compliance requirements have been satisfied before progressing files to settlement.
