Job summary

National Australia Bank in Melbourne CBD is seeking an Associate, Medfin to join a team doubling down on winning together and moving with speed.

You will support Relationship Managers with lending and servicing, prepare applications, guide end-to-end lending journey to settlement, and deliver exceptional customer service while building client solutions. The role offers a fantastic learning opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

• Verify that all approval conditions and compliance requirements have been satisfied before progressing files to settlement.

• Support our Relationship Managers by providing high-quality lending and servicing support, enabling them to deepen customer relationships and grow their portfolios.


• Prepare lending applications and submissions that meet credit policy requirements and quality standards.
