Job summary

National Australia Bank in Melbourne is seeking a Specialized Banking Manager to join the Transactional Banking team servicing inner Melbourne customers. You will help shape complex transactional banking solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes with a focus on customer obsession and collaboration.

You’ll work with an invested leader in a culturally safe team environment, prioritising coaching, growth and belonging, and contribute to NAB's market leadership through customer-centric initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in transactional or business banking preferred.
• Front line customer service and sales experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.

In the role of a Specialised Banking Manager, you will join the Transactional Banking team, servicing customers across inner Melbourne as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession and winning together.

You’ll bring to this role:

• Experience in transactional or business banking (a minimum of 3 years in transaction banking preferred).
• Front line customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
• Interest or experience in financial technology and system integration.
• Passion for improving customer outcomes and understanding market trends.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The curiosity to ask questions, challenge thinking, and drive continuous improvement.
