Burger Urge Windsor is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead a team, drive service excellence, and oversee daily restaurant operations in Brisbane. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and facilities while upholding high safety and quality standards.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including flexible hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff management, food safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring employees are properly trained in company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets food safety and sanitation standards, and complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the scheduling of employees and ensure that all shifts are covered.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional activities.

As our Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
