Grill’d on the Gold Coast is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a high-energy team, drive revenue and guest experiences, and shape the future of our fast casual dining concept. You’ll mentor the Restaurant Manager, build local partnerships and deliver community-focused marketing initiatives.

• Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives.
• Keep the Numbers Ticking: Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure the venue achieves its sales and operational goals.
