Job summary

Burger Urge is opening a brand-new restaurant in Kallangur, Queensland, and we are looking for a Crew Member to help deliver friendly service and great food. You’ll work hands-on in all areas and contribute to a lively opening team.

No prior experience is required—training will be provided. We value a positive, reliable teammate who can stand for long periods, handle busy shifts, and share a can-do attitude with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian work rights.
• I'M ALERT - Food Handling Certificate (Or willingness to obtain).
• RSA Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service.
• Taking orders and processing cash and card payments.
• Preparing and assembling menu items to Burger Urge standards.
• Cooking using grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment (training provided).
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Working closely with your team to keep service running smoothly.
• Participating in pre-opening training and ongoing development.

The Role

As a Crew Member, you'll be hands-on in all areas of the restaurant and play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests.

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role, perfect for people who enjoy staying busy and working with others.
