Job summary

Royal Perth Yacht Club in Perth seeks an Assistant Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar and functions within a premium members club environment.

You will manage service periods, coach a service-driven team, and uphold standards of presentation, cleanliness and execution while overseeing rosters and stock controls in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor in a busy hospitality or club environment.
• Operational discipline (standards, people leadership, systems).
• RSA essential; Approved Manager / Food Safety / First Aid a bonus.
